Raised Key Key-Bar Pneumatic Shaft
Raised Key Key Bar Pneumatic Shaft is a specialized roll handling component designed for secure core gripping and stable material processing in industrial winding systems. It uses a series of spring-loaded keys or lugs lined up down the length of the body, but on this model, they pop up higher than normal. When you feed shop air into the valve, these raised keys pop out with a ton of mechanical bite, locking onto the inside of the roll core. This design does a good job of distributing the clamping pressure evenly around the core, keeping your material centered and reducing slipping or alignment drift whether you are handling massive bulk stock or thin, finicky materials.
The air-operated expansion mechanism is fast and responsive, allowing your crew to inflate the bladders to secure a new reel or drop the pressure to slide an empty core off in just a few seconds, which helps trim down your slow changeover times. They machine these mandrels out of tough, rigid metals so they can handle heavy load capacities and continuous industrial abuse without bending or throwing your line out of whack.
